Description[]
Damaging an enemy with a spell has a chance of (Life Drain Value) % to launch an artillery missile in a random area to inflict enemies with a debuff which deals 10 * (Spell Damage Value) damage per second over (Health Regeneration Value) seconds. Damage through this will be drained with Life Drain.
Life Drain increases the chance. Spell Damage increases the damage. Health Regeneration increases the duration.

- The chance will trigger each time an enemy is damaged from a spell effect. Thus DoT effects can trigger multiple times per second making them very strong with this bonus feat.
