Health Regeneration + Energy + Spell Damage = Contagious Matter
As long as you have less than 50% Energy every 5 seconds a nearby enemy receives a debuff which deals 10 * (1 + Spell Damage Value) damage per second over 3 + (Health Regeneration Value) seconds. If the target dies the debuff jumps to another enemy.
Health Regeneration increases the duration. Spell Damage increases the damage.
- Multiple instances on the same target doesn't stack.
- The projectile will priorize enemies without the debuff over other.
