Health Regeneration + AttackSpeed + Spell Damage = Tectonic Crackle
Every third spell you create an area for (2.25 + Health Regeneration Value) seconds. While standing in the area your attack speed is increased by (Spell Damage Value)%. Additionally enemies inside the area take (Attack Speed Value * 3 /(1/0,15)) damage per second.
Health Regeneration increases the duration. Spell Damage increases your attack speed. Attack Speed increases the damage.
Attack Speed increases the damage per second with these values:
- First Point: 8 damage per second
- Additional Points: 1.6 damage per second
